This Website is provided solely to assist customers in gathering junk removal job information, determining the availability of junk removal job-related goods and services, making legitimate reservations or otherwise transacting business with junk removal job suppliers, and for no other purposes. The terms "we", "us", "our" and "bye bye junk" refer to Bye Bye Junk, a Arizona corporation and/or our subsidiaries. The term "you" refers to the customer visiting the Website and/or booking a reservation through us on this Website, or through our customer service agents.

This Website is offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions, and notices set forth below (collectively, the "Agreement"). By accessing or using this Website in any manner, you agree to be bound by the Agreement. Please read the Agreement carefully. SUPPLIER RULES AND RESTRICTIONS
Separate terms and conditions will apply to your reservation and purchase of junk removal job-related goods and services that you select. Please read these separate terms and conditions carefully. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by any supplier with whom you elect to deal, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the supplier's rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, products, or services. You acknowledge that some third-party providers offering certain services and/or activities may require you to sign their liability waiver prior to participating in the service and/or activity they offer. You understand that any violation of any such supplier's rules and restrictions may result in cancellation of your reservation(s), in your being denied access to the applicable junk removal job product or services, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s), and/or in our debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.

REFERRAL PROGRAM
The fastest way for our service to grow is by the referral of our satisfied customers. To provide our customers an incentive to promote our service, we are pleased to offer a Referral Program which will reward our customers for with a $25 USD (twenty-five) gift card for each group 10 New Customers they refer to our service. To qualify as a New Customer, each person that you refer must identify you as the referrer by providing us with the email address that you have used to register with our service. In addition, to qualify as a New Customer, your referral must register with our service, verify their email address, and request at least one (1) junk removal job using our services. Customers that you refer that are already customers of bye bye junk do not qualify for this promotion. In order to assist in minimize the creation of extraneous accounts, New Customers are considered to be those customers that have registered using both a unique email address, and a unique physical service address of the location of the job. Once we have determined that you have referred 10 New Customers to our service, we will send you a notification within 30-days informing you that you have earned a $25 gift card reward. Contained within the reward notification will be a current list of gift cards from national retail chains and/or e-commerce providers that issue gift cards from which you will be able to choose one (1) gift card. Bye Bye Junk reserves the right to change which national retailers or e-commerce providers are part of the selection list at any time and without notification to any party. After you have selected the gift card provider from the provided list, we will procure the gift card in the amount of $25 USD (twenty-five) and mail the gift card to you via first class postage within 10-days of receiving your selection. Bye Bye Junk does not have any affiliation whatsoever any of the issuers, merchants or retailers of the gift cards that are offered as part of this promotion and is no way responsible for anything other than purchasing the gift card from the selected issuer in the maximum amount of $25 (twenty-five dollars USD). BYE BYE JUNK RESERVES THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY CHANGE, VOID, CANCEL, SUSPEND ANY/ALL TERMS RELATED TO THIS REFERRAL PROGRAM; OR TO TERMINATE THIS REFERRAL PROGRAM AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTIFICATION OR LIABILITY TO ANY PARTY. IN THE EVENT OF REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMINATION, ALL REFERRAL CONTACT INFORMATION PROVIDED TO US BY YOU WILL BE DELETED FROM OUR RECORDS UPON YOUR REQUEST.

Prepaid Junk Removal Supplier/Provider Reservations
You acknowledge that bye bye junk pre-negotiates certain service rates with junk removal supplier/provider suppliers to facilitate the booking of reservations on your behalf. The service rate displayed on the Website is a combination of the pre-negotiated service rate for services reserved on your behalf by bye bye junk and the facilitation fee retained by bye bye junk to compensate us for our services. You authorize bye bye junk to book reservations for the total reservation price, which includes the service rate displayed on the Website, plus tax recovery charges, and service fees. You agree that your credit card will be charged by bye bye junk for the total reservation price. Upon submitting your reservation request you authorize bye bye junk to facilitate junk removal supplier/provider reservations on your behalf, including making payment arrangements with junk removal supplier/provider suppliers.

You acknowledge that bye bye junk does not collect taxes for remittance to applicable taxing authorities. The tax recovery charges on prepaid junk removal supplier/provider transactions are a recovery of the estimated transaction taxes (e.g. sales and use, occupancy, service tax, excise tax, value added tax, etc) that bye bye junk pays to the junk removal supplier/provider supplier in connection with your junk removal supplier/provider reservations. The junk removal supplier/provider suppliers invoice bye bye junk for tax amounts. The Junk Removal Supplier/Provider suppliers remit applicable taxes to the applicable taxing jurisdictions. bye bye junk does not act as co-vendors with the supplier with whom we book or reserve our customer's junk removal job arrangements. Taxability and the appropriate tax rate vary greatly by location. The actual tax amounts paid by bye bye junk to the junk removal supplier/provider suppliers may vary from the tax recovery charge amounts, depending upon the rates, taxability, etc. in effect at the time of the actual use of the junk removal supplier/provider by our customers. We retain our service fees as compensation in servicing your junk removal job reservation. Our service fees vary based on the amount and type of junk removal supplier/provider reservation.

You may cancel or change your prepaid junk removal supplier/provider reservation, but you will be charged the cancellation or change fee indicated in the rules and restrictions for the junk removal supplier/provider reservation. In addition, if you do not cancel or change your reservation before the cancellation policy period applicable to the junk removal supplier/provider you reserved, which varies by junk removal supplier/provider (usually 24 to 72 hours) prior to your job date), you will be subject to a charge. In the event you do not show for the completion of your reservation and the junk removal supplier/provider can not complete the job unless you are on-location, you must confirm the reservation changes with bye bye junk or its subsidiary, as appropriate, no later than 24 hours prior to the date of the first the reservation to prevent cancellation of your reservation.

You agree to pay any cancellation or change fees that you incur. In limited cases, some junk removal supplier/providers do not permit changes to or cancellations of reservations after they are made, as indicated in the rules and restrictions for the junk removal supplier/provider reservation. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions imposed with respect to your prepaid junk removal supplier/provider reservations.
